GOLD CHALLENGE 2019

Terms & Conditions:

The Program runs every quarter C1-C6, C7-C12, C13-C18, C19-C24 (“the Period”);
Only Independent Avon Representatives (“IAR”) with personal net sales (in accordance Word did not find any entries for your table of contents. with the mechanics determined by Avon Malaysia for each IAR) amounting to at least RM 2,500 or more in 2018 would be eligible to participate in The Program;
Only the total personal net sales gained within the Period will be considered to participate for The Program;
Avon reserves the right to disqualify IAR: -

Whom Avon believed, engaged in unethical, illegal or fraudulent conducts or failed to comply with the Terms and Conditions. Stated herein or violate the Direct Sales Act and the Code of Conduct of the Direct Selling Association of Malaysia;
Make unreasonable substantial product returns after the Program leading to reduction of the pre-qualification as stipulated in paragraph 1 above;
IAR with past due account or amount due/owing to Avon;
Whose Agreement with Avon (The Independent Sales Representative Agreement) is terminated by Avon for whatever reason.

IAR who failed to achieve the qualification target set for particular quarter, will not be entitled for any prizes;
Prizes are not transferable or redeemable with cash;.
We may discontinue The Program at any time in our sole discretion. If we do so, we will publish a notice on our website to let you know.
We may change The Program (including the pre-qualification, the eligibility for The Program, and the mechanics) and these Terms and Conditions at any time, or add new terms or conditions. If we do so, we'll publish an updated version on our website at www.avon.my/goldencircle2019. Your continued participation in The Program will constitute your acceptance of such changes.
Avon’s decision on the winners is final;
Avon reserves the right to change the Prizes with equivalent products and if we do so, we will inform you on our website;
If required to do so, the Winners shall execute all such documentation as deemed necessary by Avon to allow Avon and their assigns to use, display, copy, modify, distribute, publish sell, assign, exchange, license, sub-license, in any and all locations, in any medium, form or format, in any number, the image or likeness and the reproductions thereof, and any biographical information furnished by the winner to Avon.
Participation in the Program constitute your consent for Avon to use your name and photos for purpose of promotion and marketing;
Avon shall not be liable for any loss or damage whatsoever that may be suffered, or for any personal injury that may be suffered, as a result of participating in The Program and or wining/usage of the Prize.
Avon reserves the right to forfeit any unclaimed Prizes 30 days after the same has be announced or returned undelivered.
Important notes ; As of 1st April 2019 Target for GOLD Q2 challenge will be increased for each status target. The new target will be share by Zone Managers to qualified IAR (Independent Avon Representative)

PRESIDENT COUNCIL MEMBER (PCM) CHALLENGE (THE CHALLENGE)

Terms & Conditions:

Avon will only grant PCM privileges to those who are in the top 10 each year and will be granted with PCM privileges in 2019 (valid until 31^st December 2019)

The challenge runs from C1 to C24, 2019 (“The Period”);

The Challenge is open to TOP 10 PCM status as at 2018

The existing TOP 10 PCM shall be required to achieve 10% more net sales compared to previous year net sales achievements within 24 campaigns (c1 to c24, 2018) with a minimum of RM310,000 net sales to be entitled for the reward
Avon reserves the right to revise/amend the eligibility of TOP 10 PCM who participate in The Challenge
Only the total personal net sales (exclusive of SST) gained within the duration of The Challenge will be taken into account to determine the eligibility of the participants in The Challenge.
Avon reserves the right to disqualify Independent Avon Representative (IAR):-
Whom Avon believed, engaged in unethical, illegal or fraudulent conducts or failed to comply with any of the the Terms and Conditions stated herein or violate the Direct Sales Act and the Code of Conduct of the Direct Selling Association of Malaysia;
Make unreasonable substantial product returns after the Program leading to reduction of the pre-qualification as stipulated in paragraph 1 above;
IAR with past due account or amount due/owing to Avon;
Whose Agreement with Avon (The Independent Sales Representative Agreement) is terminated by Avon for whatever reason;
Prizes will be in cash;
We may discontinue The Program at any time in our sole discretion with no liability to you. If we do so, we will publish a notice on our website and/or email you to let you know;
We may change The Program (including the pre-qualification for The Program, and the mechanics) and these Terms and Conditions at any time, or add new terms or conditions. If we do so, we'll publish an updated version on our website at www.avon.my/goldencircle2019.Your continued participation in The Program will constitute your acceptance of such changes.
Avon’s decision on the winners is final;
If required to do so, the Winners shall execute all such documentation as deemed necessary by Avon to allow Avon and their assigns to use, display, copy, modify, distribute, publish sell, assign, exchange, license, sub-license, in any and all locations, in any medium, form or format, in any number, the image or likeness and the reproductions thereof, and any biographical information furnished by the winner to Avon .
Avon shall not be liable for any loss or damage whatsoever that may be suffered, or for any personal injury that may be suffered, as a result of participating in The Program and or wining/usage of the Prize.

Participation in the Program constitute your consent for Avon to use your name and photos for purpose of promotion and marketing;

Avon reserves the right to forfeit any unclaimed Prizes 30 days after the same has be announced or returned undelivered.

WORLD TRIP INCENTIVE 1 (EUROPE) (“INCENTIVE”)

Terms & Conditions:

Only Independent Avon Representatives (“IAR”) who achieved the total personal net sales (not including SST) stated for World Trip Incentive 1 during Campaign 1 - 24, 2019 (“The Period”) would be eligible for this Incentive;
Maximum 3 FREE tickets based on the achievement of total personal net sales during The Period subject to achieving the pre-set criteria set by Avon Malaysia
The Incentive may be exchanged for cash subject to the amount set by Avon or IAR has the option to carry the entitlement to qualify for the World Trip Incentive 2. However, the Incentive is not transferable to another person.
Avon reserves the rights to change the terms & conditions, destination and prizes, if needed, without prior notice to IAR;
Balance of the net sales in 2018 will not be taken into consideration for This Incentive;
Only travel expenses of round trip from the airport (either KLIA or KLIA2) to the destination and return will be borne by Avon based on the IAR’s respective ticket qualifications. All other costs including Visa, transportation to the airport etc shall be borne by the IAR and the IAR shall be solely responsible to obtain the necessary approval/Visa to enter the respective countries
Avon shall not be held responsible in anyway including reimbursement for any costs uncured by IAR in the event that the approval/Visa/entry into any of the countries are rejected for whatever reason.
Tickets won are not transferable or sellable to other participants if winners decided not to go for the trip
AVON has the right to reject winners from the Incentive on grounds including safety,health/physical conditions or age.
We may discontinue The Incentive at any time in our sole discretion. If we do so, we will publish a notice on our website to let you know;
We may change The Incentive (including the pre-qualification for The Incentive and the mechanics) and these Terms and Conditions at any time, or add new terms or conditions. WORLD TRIP INCENTIVE 2 (TOKYO,JAPAN) (“THE INCENTIVE”)

Terms & Conditions:

Only Independent Avon Representatives (“IAR”) who achieved the total personal net sales (not including SST) stated for World Trip Incentive 2 during Campaign 1 - 24, 2019 (“The Period”) would be eligible for this Incentive;
Maximum 1 FREE tickets based on the achievement of total personal net sales during The Period subject to achieving the pre-set criteria set by Avon Malaysia
The Incentive may be exchanged for cash subject to the amount set by Avon. However, the Incentive is not transferable to another person;
Avon reserves the rights to change the terms & conditions, destination and prizes, if needed, without prior notice to IAR;
Balance of the net sales in 2018 will not be taken into consideration for This Incentive;
Only travel expenses of round trip from the airport (either KLIA or KLIA2) to the destination and return, will be borne by Avon based on the IAR’s respective ticket qualifications. 2019 GOLDEN CIRCLE PROGRAM GENERAL RULES

Terms & Conditions:

Recognition programs and Golden Circle incentives 2019 (“These Programs”) are open to all Independent Avon Representatives (“IAR”) and must remain active for the whole year of 2019
Avon Malaysia (“Avon”) staff, Avon franchisées and their staff; and immédiate family members of Avon franchisee and their staff are not eligible to participate in these Programs
For IAR appointed in 2019 are eligible to participate in These Programs provided they achieved the qualification to become a member of the “Avon Golden Circle” or any other qualifications set by Avon from time to time
These Programs will run from Campaign 1 – 24, 2019 (“Programs Duration”) or subject to a period determined by Avon
Qualification level is based from what is prescribed for each program and assigned for personal net sales or total sales of certain goods categories. Considered into nett sales:

Nett sales do not take into account purchase of sales support materials such as Campaign Brochures. Nett sales do not include SST tax.

IAR could enjoy the privileges / benefits (as announced by Avon from time to time) and such privileges/benefits are not transferable to other IAR/person or redeemable by cash;
Golden Circle recognition for eligible IAR will be given at the end of These Programs based on achievement status determined by total accumulated personal nett sales from Campaign 1 – 24, 2019, including nett sales during the Program Duration.
Avon reserves the right to disqualify IAR who:-

Engaged in act or conduct which Avon believed , is unethical, illegal or fraudulent conducts or failed to comply with these Terms and Conditions.
violate the direct selling law and/or Code of Conduct;
Make unreasonable substantial product returns after these Programs leading to reduction of the pre-qualification as determined by Avon;
account with Avon has reached outstanding debt status (PD 3 and above) or out-dated (CO). IAR involved will only be reinstated once full payment is made to the account. However, status qualified previously will be cancelled automatically;
whose account with Avon reached outstanding debt (PD 3 and above) or out-dated (CO) for the second time in 2019. Representative will not be eligible to participate in any recognitions and incentives;
is who inactive or have an outstanding debt / out-dated account;
the Independent Sales Representative Agreement is terminated by Avon for whatever reason;

IAR who are disqualified are not entitled to the privilege and benefits as a Golden Circle member
