TERMS & CONDITION – AVON’S 2022 RAYA TIKTOK CHALLENGE

#RAYADENGANAVON TIKTOK CHALLENGE

  1. Participation in the RAYA DENGAN AVON tiktok challenge (“the Contest”) needs to follow and accepts Avon Cosmetic (M) Sdn Bhd (“Avon Malaysia”) Terms & Conditions.
  2. Avon Malaysia reserves the right to amend the Terms & Conditions anytime without prior notice.
  3. The Contest is open to all Malaysian citizens residing in Malaysia age 18 years old and above. Participants below the age of 18 years old are required to seek parental or guardian consent.
  4. The Contest will run for 30 days, starting from 15 April 2022 12pm to 15 May 2022 23:59:59 following (UTC+08:00) Kuala Lumpur, (“Contest Period”).
  5. Videos received outside the Contest Period are invalid and will not be entertained.

COMPETITION RULES AND GUIDELINES

On the TikTok App:

  1. Click “Follow” button on @avonmy.official TikTok Account
  2. Make a video featuring any 3 of your favourite Avon products and hashtag #RayaDenganAvon
  3. Include the words “Raya Dengan Avon, Lagi Cun!” either verbally or in text form in the video
  4. Record and share your video on the TikTok app
  5. You can also reshare your post on Facebook or Instagram for higher chances of winning, using #RayaDenganAvon


HOW TO WIN

  1. MUST follow Avon Malaysia’s TikTok ID: @avonmy.official
  2. Each week, two (2) participants with the most creative entry as determined by Avon Malaysia panel of judges will be awarded one (1) RM150 Avon Vouchers each, every week.
  3. There will be a total of 8 winners throughout the contest period.
  4. Avon Malaysia’s decision on the winners list is final. No further correspondence or appeal will be entertained.

PRIZES

  1. Eligible winners will receive 1 x Avon Voucher worth RM150.00
  2. Each participate is not eligible to win more than (1) prize.
  3. Prizes are not transferable or exchangeable for cash, in part or in full.
  4. Vouchers can e used to purchase Avon products through Avon’s Online platform: https://shop.avon.my
  5. Avon Malaysia reserves the right to substitute the prize with that of a similar value at any time.
  6. Avon will contact winners through their TikTok Private Messaging, to inform on how to collect the prizes.
  7. By joining the contest, contestants hereby give permission to Avon Malaysia to use the said video, part of the said video as well as the contestant’s information for advertising, promotional and announcement purposes through Avon Malaysia’s communication platforms, which includes but not limited to Avon brochures, social media accounts, website as well as any Avon events.   
  8. Avon Malaysia will not be responsible for any loss or damages during prize delivery.

CABARAN TIKTOK #RAYADENGANAVON

  • Penyertaan dalam ‘Raya Dengan Avon TikTok Challenge’ (“Peraduan”) perlu mengikuti dan menerima Terma & Syarat Avon Cosmetic (M) Sdn Bhd (“Avon Malaysia”)
  • Avon Malaysia berhak untuk mengubah Terma & Syarat pada bila-bila masa tanpa notis
  • Peraduan ini terbuka untuk semua warganegara Malaysia yang menetap di Malaysia, yang berumur 18 tahun ke atas. Peserta di bawah umur 18 tahun diminta untuk mendapatkan kebenaran ibu bapa atau penjaga.
  • Peraduan akan berlangsung selama 30 hari, bermula dari 15 April 2022 12:00:00 hingga 15 Mei 2022 23:59:59  (UTC + 08:00) Kuala Lumpur, (“Tempoh Peraduan”).
  • Video yang diterima di luar Tempoh Peraduan tidak sah dan tidak akan dilayan.


PERATURAN DAN PANDUAN PERTANDINGAN

Di aplikasi TikTok:

  • Klik butang “Follow” pada akaun TikTok @avonmy.official
  • Rakam video yang menampilkan 3 barangan Avon kegemaran anda, dan gunakan hashtag #RayaDenganAvon
  • Mesti menyebut atau menulis slogan  “Raya Dengan Avon, Lagi Cun!” di dalam video tersebut
  • Rekod dan muatnaik video tersebut di akaun Tiktok anda
  • Anda juga boleh kongsikan semula video tersebut di Facebook atau Instagram dengan menggunakan #RayaDenganAvon (tidak wajib)


CARA MEMENANGI

  • WAJIB mengikuti akaun TikTok Avon Malaysia: @avonmy.official
  •  Setiap minggu, dua (2) peserta dengan penyertaan paling kreatif seperti yang ditentukan oleh panel juri Avon Malaysia akan  menerima satu (1) baucar barangan Avon bernilai RM150.00 seorang
  • Secara keseluruhan, lapan (8) video akan diumumkan sebagai pemenang sepanjang tempoh peraduan. 
  • Pemilihan dan keputusan Avon Malaysia adalah muktamad. Tidak ada surat-menyurat atau rayuan akan dilayan.


HADIAH

  • Setiap pemenang akan menerima 1 x Baucar Avon bernilai RM150.00
  • Setiap peserta hanya layak memenangi satu (1) hadiah
  • Hadiah tidak boleh dipindah milik atau ditukar dengan wang tunai, sebahagian atau keseluruhan.
  • Baucar boleh digunakan untuk membeli barangan Avon di laman web Avon Malaysia:  https://shop.avon.my
  • Avon Malaysia berhak untuk menggantikan hadiah dengan nilai yang serupa pada bila-bila masa.
  • Avon Malaysia akan menghubungi para pemenang melalui ruangan mesej di TikTok untuk memaklumkan tentang kemenangan dan cara menerima hadiah mereka. 
  • Dengan memuatnaik video penyertaan, para peserta dengan ini memberi kebenaran kepada Avon Malaysia untuk menggunakan video tersebut, sebahagian dari video serta informasi peserta untuk tujuan promosi, pengiklanan mahupun pengumuman di mana-mana platform hebahan Avon termasuk namun tidak terhad kepada brosur, laman media sosial Avon, laman web Avon serta majlis dan acara kelolaan Avon.
  • Avon Malaysia tidak akan bertanggungjawab atas kehilangan atau kerosakan semasa penyampaian hadiah.
