SHIPPING UPDATE FOR EAST MALAYSIA ORDERS
Dear Valued Customers,
Effective 15 July 2025, Avon will be utilizing air freight for all deliveries to East Malaysia (Sabah, Sarawak, and Labuan) from our central warehouse in Shah Alam.
As part of this transition, shipping fees will now follow a weight-based rate system. Please refer to the table below for the updated shipping rates.

In accordance with the shipping regulations set by our logistics partner, certain product categories are classified as restricted items due to their flammable nature—primarily because of alcohol content and sensitivity to pressure changes during air transport.
As such, the following items cannot be shipped to East Malaysia:
Restricted Categories:
- Fragrances (e.g., Spray, Purse Spray, Concentrated Roll-on Fragrances)
- Aerosol-packed products (e.g., Body Spray)
However, the following categories are permitted for shipping:
Permitted Categories:
- Innerwear ( e.g., Bra, Panties)
- Color Cosmetics (e.g., Lipstick, Eyeliner, Liquid Face Products, Face Foundations)
- Bath and Body Care Products (e.g., Body Wash, Body Lotion)
- Skin Care ( e.g., Toner, Serum and Cleaner)
- Perfumed roll-on deodorant
